QUALITIES OF LOVE IN A RELATIONSHIP

 To love and be loved back by your partner is a good thing  and being in a happy  relationship makes it more better and more fun. Today we will be discussing about the various qualities of love one should enjoy while in a relationship or as a married couple. Love means many things to many people  Before proceeding to the qualities, love as the key to every relationship is defined as an intense feeling of affection and care towards another person. It is also said to be a strong feeling of affection and concern for another person accompanied by sexual attraction. The qualities of love are;  1. Love is not arrogant or rude 2. Love is patient and kind 3. Love endures, bears.hope and believe all things 4. Love does not rejoice at wrong but rejoices in the right 5. Love does not insist on its own way 6. Love is not jealous or boastful.

Okay guys today we will be talking about gaslighting in relationships and marriages. Am sure many of you will be asking what do I mean by gaslighting in a relationship? Well, when I say gaslighting, I don't mean light produced by burning pipe illuminating gas or a lamp which operates by burning gas.
 Gaslighting in a relationship/ marriage simply means; a form of sustained psychological manipulation that causes the victim to question or doubt their sanity, judgment, and memories. Since you now know what gaslighting is all about. The next question on your mind should be how do I know if I am in a gaslighted relationship or marriage with a gaslihter? 

Here are few signs to help you know if you are being gaslighted in your relationship or not.

# They make you question your perception of reality:

# They persistently and blatantly lie to you:

# They make you feel insecure by breaking you down:

# They lie about saying something When you have Proof

# They try to separate You from people who care about you.

I have not come to break or separate any marriage or relationship but
Note: if you are experiencing some of this signs or more in your marriage/ relationship as a guy or a lady because it applies to both gender, CAUTION is the key word.

    I have heard about gaslighting but I didn’t know the meaning until now.. Thanks for educating me and I hope with this ,people will lookout for gaslighting in their relationship
